I put the Partagas Serie E No.2 up against cigars that cost three times as much and it holds its own every time. This is Cuban cigar value at its best. Bold, rich, satisfying. My humidor always has a box of these ready to go.
The Serie E No.2 caught my attention because of the 54 ring gauge and it delivers. Creamy smoke, loads of earth and pepper, and a sweetness that develops in the second half. Great construction on every one I've smoked. My only wish is that it lasted a bit longer — about 40 minutes for me.
If you only have 45 minutes but want maximum flavor, the Partagas Serie E No.2 is your cigar. This short robusto packs an incredible punch.
