Impressive vitola — demanding but rewarding
The Salomones is Cuaba's flagship and it shows. This is not a cigar to rush — it demands time, attention, and patience. The double taper means the flavour profile shifts dramatically throughout the smoke. The middle section is where the magic happens: full, rich, layered with coffee, earth, and a wonderful sweetness. Construction was good on the two I have smoked so far, though the shape makes the burn line less predictable than a parejo. I enjoyed one at a cigar festival in Miami and it was one of the talking points of the event. A connoisseur's cigar through and through.
